Shipping policy

Due to changes to EU Packaging & Waste Regulation Laws from August 12, I am no longer shipping to the EU. As a very small business, this change really limits me in being able to afford to ship my products to the EU. Thank you for your understanding!

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and their International partners. 

Please allow up to 3 business days for the processing and packaging of your order. Since I make and package each order myself, I appreciate your patience.

If you order a pre-order item with any ready-to-ship items, your order will be sent when the pre-order item is available. 

I offer Untracked shipping for

  • Australian orders under 500 g at a flat rate of $3.50 AUD
  • International orders under 250 g at a flat rate of $5 AUD

I offer Tracked shipping for

  • Australian orders, I offer flat rate $10 AUD Tracked Standard or $15 Tracked Express.
  • International orders, I offer tracked Standard International Shipping for a flat rate of $30 AUD.

The following applies to my Matcha Lovers Mail Club (including the mail club subscription and catch up mail)

All orders are sent as an untracked standard letter.

Free worldwide shipping is included in the mail club price.

  • Orders ship by the last Friday of each month

  • Australia letters can take up to 7 business days after dispatch

  • International letters can take 15+ business days after dispatch, depending on destination 

Monthly cut-off date

  • Mail club cut-off is the 23rd of each month

  • Orders placed after the cut-off date will begin in the month after next.

    • Example: If you join after March 23, you missed the April deadline and your first mail will be May mail.
