Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and their International partners. 

Please allow up to 3 business days for the processing and packaging of your order. Since I make and package each order myself, I appreciate your patience.

If you order a pre-order item with any ready-to-ship items, your order will be sent when the pre-order item is available. 

I offer Untracked shipping for

• Australian orders under 500 g at a flat rate of $3.50 AUD
• International orders under 250 g at a flat rate of $5 AUD

I offer Tracked shipping for

• Australian orders, I offer flat rate $10 Tracked Standard or $15 Tracked Express.
• International orders, I offer tracked International for a flat rate of $30 AUD.

The following applies to my Matcha Lovers Mail Club (including the mail club subscription and catch up mail)

All orders are sent as an untracked standard letter.

Free worldwide shipping is included in the mail club price.

Australia (Domestic Orders)

• Orders ship by the last Friday of each month

• Delivery can take up to 7 business days after dispatch

• Order cut-off: the 23rd of each month

International Orders

• Orders ship by the 18th of each month

• Delivery can take 15+ days, depending on destination

• Order cut-off: the 15th of each month

Cut-Off Dates

• Orders placed after the cut-off date will begin in the month after next.

  • Example: If you order after the cut-off in March, your first mail will be sent in May.
