Your mail is send in a stamped, untracked envelope. This is to keep it affordable!

Your letter should arrive within the first week of the month. At the latest, 4 weeks from the date of shipping.
I try my best to ensure all letters are shipped before the last Friday of each month
I will send a shipping notification when your letter is on it's way! Please note it is untracked which means there won’t be any tracking available.
Orders for the current month of issue close on the 23rd of the prior month
Subscriptions started after this cut off dates will start the following month.
Your Matcha Lovers letter will be send in a letter size (DL) envelope.

Every month you'll receive an envelope containing a letter, stickers and a sticker sheet hand drawn and made by me.
I hand draw and make each item of your mail and will send it out in time to arrive within the first week of each month!
You do not need to do anything after signing up. Your subscription will automatically renew and your letter will arrive, unless you cancel!
